1. Under the current controlling Agreement, Mr. W. J. Morrison, former
laborer., Denver, Colorado, was unjustly dealt with and dismissed
from service of the Burlington Northern Inc., effective April
1977.
2, That, accordingly, the Burlington Northern Inc.~ ~ be ordered to
reinstate Mx. W. J. Morrison to service with seniority rights
unimpaired; with .payment for time lost at the .pro rata rate,
including all fringe benefits and reference to this incident
stricken from his record.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex
paxte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt
of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
