Findings:
The Second
Division
of the Adjustment Board' u.poz2 the whole record and
all the evidences finds that:
The carrier or carriers and the ernploye of e?rplo,yes involved in this
dispute are respectively carrier and e_r.~ploye within the meaning of the
Railway Labor Act as approved June 21 .,
1934.
This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispate
involved herein.
Parties to said dispute waived right of appearance at hearing thereon.
Claimant, who eras first employed by the Carrier on January 1+, 1971+,
was dismissed from service on May 2,
1977,
following an investigative hearing.
The record shows that the. hcai~in;:~ ;~ condp_cted in a fair rrannex and that
