Carrier's imposition of ten (10) days suspension.
2. That accordingly, Machinist M. PM. Mollicats record be cleared
and if made to serve the ten (10) day suspension before this
dispute is settled, that he b e compensated for each and every
day.
Statement:

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex pane form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
