(1) That under the terms of the applicable Agreement the Carrier unjustly suspended Carman T. Bush, Jr., for 60 days.

(2) That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate Carman T. Bush, Jr., for 20 days pay in the 60 days of suspension.

Statement:

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex pane form, hearing thereon was -~raived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
