1. Mechanic-in-charge Gregory Chruschielski was unjustly dismissed frcm
service on December
29, 1977.

Mechanic-in-charge Gregory Chruschielski was erroneously charged 'With
violation of Rule G of the General Regulations and Safety Rules on
December 10,
1977.
3.
That the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company be ordered
to reinstate Mechanic-in-charge Gregory Chruschielski, and compensate
him for all time lost at eight

hours per day dating from
December 10,
1977;
plus all benefits which are a condition of employment as per Rule
35;
and also
6%
interest on all monies to which he
is entitled.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdravm.
