Sioux City, Iowa, were denied compensation at the rate of time and
one-half for time held waiting after wrecker assignment was completed,
as follows:

2. That the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company be ordered
to compensate Carmen Jerry Dirks, Donald Wi mot, Mickey Doren and
Gus LaScala at the rate of time and one-half for the above listed
number of hours, and in the future compensate employes for time held
waiting at wreck site after completion of their assignment.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
