1. Carman Welder Greg Gromoske was unjustly deprived of his contractual

rights when he was denied compensation for December 27, 1977, as

well as the Christmas Eve Holiday.

2. That the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company be ordered

to compensate Carman Welder Greg Gromoske for December 27, 1977, the

Christmas Eve Holiday and the Christmas Day Holiday.

Statement:

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be -~rithdrawn.
