1. Freight Car Repairman Chuck Jackson, was unjustly assessed fifteen
(15) days actual suspension on March 27, 1978.
2, Freight Car Repairman Chuck Jackson was erroneous2y charged with
failure to promptly report an injury incurred on January 21, 1978.
3.
That the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company be ordered
to compensate Freight Car Repairman Chuck Jackson for all wages
lost frown March 27, 1978 to April 10, 1978, and make him whole for
all. benefits he would have earned had he not been unjustly suspended
as per Rule 35.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National.
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
