Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That Laborer Alvin C. Jones was unjustly dismissed from service
 on November 17, 1977.
 2, That accordingly the T31.ims Central Gulf Railroad be ordered to
 reinstate Laborer Alvin C. Jones to work immediately, with pay for a:11
 time lost since his dismissal that he would have been eligible to work
 and restoration of full seniority and all benefits.
 Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
