Dispute: Claim of Employes:

    1. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company violated Rules 3, 4-Section


        l (a), 5 (a), 6 (a), and 7 (a), (d) and (g) of the Communications Agreement effective August 1, 1977 when they denied Communications Maintainer C, E. Grise at Newport, Arkansas the overtime provisions of the Agreement, i.e., five hours (5') at the overtime rate for March 11, 1978.


That, accordingly, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to compensate Communications Maintainer C. E. Grise five hours (5t) at the overtime rate for March 11, 1978.

Statement:

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Rail-road Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex pane form, hearing thereon was -vraived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
