1. That in violation of the current agreement, Bridgetender Robert Hary
Hodgkinson was unjustly dismissed from Carrier service on March 8,
1978
following investigation on Febx^aary
14, 1979·
That accordingly., the Carrier be ordered to make the aforementioned
Robert Gary Hodgkinson whole by restoring him to Carrier's service
with seniority rights unimpaired, plus restoration of all holiday,
vacation, health and welfare benefits, pass privileges and u,71 other
rights, benefits and/or privileges that he is entitled to under rules,
agreements, custom or law, and compensated for all lost wages beginning
on date of March
8, 1979.

Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above ,referred to organization in ex pane form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employer that the case be withdrawn.
