Dispute: Claim of Employes:
That under the terms of the Agreement, Machinist R. L. Williams, was
unjustly suspended from the service of the Louisville and Nashville Railroad
Company on the date of July
19, 1977
pending investigation. The investigation
was held-on July
28, 1977.
On September
16, 1977,
he was notified that he was
dismissed from the service of the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company.
That accordingly, Machinist R. L. Williams be restored to service with
pay fox all time lost, seniority rights, vacation, insurance, and all other
rights unimpaired, beginning with his suspension from service on July 19.,
1977,
and dismissal on September
16, 1977,
and continuing until this matter
is settled.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex pane
form., hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
fxarn the employes that the case be withdrawn.
