1, That under the current Agreement, Set-Up Cayman J. E, Ashley was unjustly
treated when he was dismissed from the service of the Illinois Central
Gulf Railroad. on January 10,
1979
as results of investigation which was
held on Friday, January
5, 1979.
2, That accordingly,, the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad be ordered to restore
Set-Up Cayman J. E. Ashley to service with all seniority rights
unimpaired,
compensate Mr. Ashley for all time lost beginning on January
5, 1979,,
until such time he is restored to service, and for any and all other
benefits he would b e entitled to as a condition of employment, account
of the aforementioned unjust dismissal.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
