Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. Claim that B. L. Hardin was unjustly dismissed from the service of
the Southern Pacific Transportation Company (T&L Lines) as a result
of investigation held May 14, 1979.
2. That, accordingly, Machinist B. L. Hardin be returned to service with
all rights andprivileges unimpaired and be compensated for all time
lost from May 17, 1979, the date of actual dismissal, to the time he
is releasLd by his physician to be returned to work under the terms
of the contractual agreement effective April 15, 1967.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
