rate for work performed outside his bulletined hours - 10:00

2. That, accordingly, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to
compensate Copmiunications Maintainer J. E. Brown two and seven-tenths
hours
(2.7')
at the overtime rate for ~'uly 1.3, 1978.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Divisicn of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
