provisions of the Agreement, i.e., two and seven-tenths hours

at the overtime rate for work performed outside his bulletined hours -
8:30 
P.m. to 10:00 p.m. on May 
16, 1978.
That, accordingly, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to
compensate Comanunications maintainer J . J . aoggard two and seventenths hours (2.7') at the overtime rate for I-lay 
16, 1978.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the a.'.:ove referred to organization in ex pane
form, hearing thereon vas waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
