2. That, accordingly, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to
compensate Communications Maintainer C. Legamaro four and seven-tenths
hours

at the overtime rate for May 28, and
29, 1978.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad
Ac.justment Board
by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is noia in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
