provisions of the Agreeirent, i.e., two hours (2') at the overtime rate
for work performed outside his bulletined hours - 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
on May
25, 1978.
2. That, accordingly, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to
compensate Cornunications 11,:a intainer J. J. Hoggard two hours (2') at
the overtime rate for May 25,
1978.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
