effective August I, 1977 when they denied Communications Maintainer J.. E.
Brawn at North Little Rock, Arkansas the overtime provisions of the
Agreement, i.e., two and seven-tenths hours (2.7') at the overtime rage
for work performed outside his bulletined hours on September 23, 1978.
2. That, accordingly, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to
compensate Communications Maintainer J. E. Brown two and seven-tenths
hours (2.7') at the overtime rate for September 23, 1978.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
