Maintainer J. C. Schaiff, Jr. at Coffeyville, Kansas the overtime provisions
of the Agreement, i.e., for work performed on Monday, September 4,
1978,

holiday.
That, accordingly, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to
compensate Communications Maintainer J. C. Schaiff, Jr. eight hours

at the overtime rate for Monday, September
4, 1978.

Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form.,
hearing, thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
