one and one-half hours (1.5') at the overtime rate for work performed
outside his bulletined hours on July
25, 1978.

That, accordingly, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to
compensate Communications Maintainer H. G. Heise one and one-half hours
(1.5')
at the overtime rate for July
25, 1978.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
