Agreement effective August 1, 1977 when they denied Communications
Maintainer W. E. Hamilton at Kansas City, Missouri the overtime provisions
of the Agreement i.e., two and seven-tenths hours (2.7') at Class 3 time
for work performed outside his bulletined hours on November
21, 1978.
2. That, accordingly, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to
compensate Communications Maintainer W. E. Hamilton two and seven-tenths
hours

Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon
was
waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
