That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company violated Rules 3, 4 - Section 1 (a), 5 (a), 6 (a), and 7 (a), (d) and (g) of the Comsnunicatiotis Agreement effective August 1, 1977 when they denied Conanunications Maintainer H. G. Heise at Dupo, Illinois the overtime provisions of the Agreement, i.e., two (2) hours at the overtime rate for work performed outside his bulletined hours on July 10, 1978.

That, accordingly, the Missouri Pacific Railroad company be ordered to compensate Communications Maintainer H. G. Heise two (2) hours at the overtime rate for July 10, 1978.

Statement:

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte fonzt, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
