when they denied Communications Maintainer J.. J.
Hoggard at Poplar Bluff, Missouri the overtime provisions of the AgreE~ment,
i.e., two and seven-tenths hours (2.7') each for two separate calls for
a total of five and four-tenths hours (5.4') at the overtime rate for
work performed outside his bulletined hours on June 24,
1978.
That, accordingly, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to
compensate Communications Maintainer J. J. Hoggard five and four-tenths
hours
(5.4')
at the overtime rate for June
24, 1978.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
