Sty icklv>ncl was unjustly dismissed Tram the service of the Louisville :and Nashville Railr(nd Comp;tny on January 5, 1'979, after a formal investigation was held in the office of Mr. R. H. Hayes, Conducting Officer, en December 1,'3, 19-78,.


    2. That accordingly, B. R. Strickland, Service Attendant, be restored to his regular assignment at south Louisville Shops with all seniority unimpaired, vacation, tlcalth nud wcifara, hospital and life insurance be paid and compensated for all lost time, effective JanuarY 5, 1979, and the payment of 6;; interest rate added thereto.


Statement:

The above question was submitted to the second Division of the Nat.c1,18l. Railroad Adjustment oc':ard by the above referred to organization in et: p.arte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that tile case be withdrawn.
