Dispute: Claim of Employes:

1. That under the current agreement and the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company schedule of rules the Carrier unjustly dismissed Machinist Helper Frank Ambrose effective June 26, 1979.

2. That, accordingly, the Carrier reinstate to service and compensate Machinist Helper Ambrose for all wages lost while dismissed from service June 26, 1979 to present, with seniority and vacation rights unimpaired and all other rights and privileges restored.

Statement:

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from ,the employes that the case be withdrawn.
