Chicago and North Western Transportation Company
1. That under the current Agreement and the Chicago and North Western
Transportation Company schedule of rules, the Carrier unjustly suspended
Machinist T. Smith from service for a period of ten days and further
unjustly caused Machinist T. Smith to serve an additional fifteen-day
suspension previously deferred, resulting in a total actual suspension
of 25 days, effective March
23, 1979
through April
16, 1979.
2. That accordingly the Carrier compensate Machinist T. Smith for all wages
lost as a result of said suspension.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
