Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That under the current agreement and the Chicago and North Western
Transportation Company schedule of rules, the Carrier wrongfully
suspended Machinist ti. K. Limmer from service effective June 20, 1979
through July 9, 1979, a total of twenty days, and unjustly dismissed
Machinist Limmer effective July 10, 1979.
1. That, accordingly, the Carrier reinstate Machinist Limmber to service
with seniority rights unimpaired and all other rights and privileges
restored and compensate Machinist Limmer for all wages lost as a result
of his suspension or dismissal from service from June 20, 1979, to the
present date.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
