I work for the Penn Central Railroad at Detroit Mich.
I belong to the carmen union and work in the car repair dept.
I made a settlement with Penn Central Railroad for $40,000.00 or
50,000.00 if I would resign I did not resign I went back to Penn Central
in Dec. and the Co. attorney said I had resign so I filed a suit against
them the attorney wants the $10,000.00 they owe me with intrest and fees.
I want to go back to xmrk I feel that they should live up to the agreement
and put me back to work when I went down there in Dec.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the individual that the case be withdrawn.
