(1) That the Carrier erred and violated the contractual rights of Mr. T. J..
Bradley, III, by failing to properly compensate him for services rendered
on Tuesday, March
14, 1978
and Wednesday, March
15, 1978.
(2) That, therefore, Mr. Bradley be compensated for twelve

hours at
his pro rata rate of pay.
Findings
The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record and all
the evidence, finds that
The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved in this dispute:
are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act
as approved June
21, 1934.
This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute
involved herein.
Parties to said dispute waived right of appearance at hearing thereon.
The facts and applicable rules in this dispute parallel those considered by
the Board in Award No.
8986,
.and the Board reaches the same conclusion.
