1, That under the current and controlling Agreement, as amended,
Service Attendant J, W. Pridemore, Io D. No. 3913.5, was unjustly
suspended from service of the Louisville and Nashville Railroad
Company on April 9, 1980, after a formal investigation was held
in the office of Mr. L, W, Davis, Master Mechanic and Conducting
Officer, on March 7, 1980,
2. That accordingly J. W, Pridemore, Service Attendant be restored
to his regular assignment at Corbin Shops, compensated for all
lost time, vacation, health and welfare, and hospital and life
insurance and dental insurance premiums be paid effective April
13, 1980 and the payment of 6% interest rate be added thereto.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the Employes that the case be withdrawn.
