Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That Laborer Reginald Crenshaw was unjustly dismissed from service
on August 15, 1980.
2. That accordingly, Laborer Reginald Crenshaw be made whole, restored
to carrier service with all seniority rights, vacation rights,
holiday, sick leave benefits and all other benefits that are a
condition of employment unimpaired and compensated for all lost
time plus 6% annual interest on all lost wages, also reimbursement
for all losses sustained on account of loss of. coverage under
health and welfare and life insurance agreements during the time
held out of service.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was wait=ed, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the Carrier that the case be withdrawn.
