Ao Driggers was improperly suspended from
service in violation of the Current Agreement from March 19, 1979,
through May 17, 1979, as a result of an investigation held February
13, 1979, and
2. Accordingly, the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company should be
ordered to,
(a) Compensate him for all wages lost as a result of the suspension, .and
(b) Clear his personal file of any mention of the charge, suspension
and correspondence surrounding the alledged (sic) incident.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad
Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing
thereon was waived, and the Division -is now in receipt of a request from the employes
that the case be withdrawn.
