The Second Division consisted of the regular members and in
addition Referee Elliott Goldstein when award was rendered,

Dispute: Claim of Employes:

1. That under the terms of the current Agreement, Electrician Geno L. Leggett was unjustly treated when he was dismissed from the service of the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (AMTRAK) on May 12, 19800

2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to reinstate Electrician Geno L. Leggett to his former position with seniority rights unimpaired and compensated for all time lost.

Statement:

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the Employes that the case be withdrawn.
