I. That the action of the Consolidated Rail Corporation (Conrail) in the
dismissal of Electrician Konrad Bohm on September 17, 1980 from
service was unjust and unreasonable.
2. That accordingly, the Consolidated Rail Corporation (Conrail) be ordered
to restore Electrician Konrad Bohm to service and compensate him for
all time lost in accordance with Rule 7-A-1(e) of the controlling
Agreement.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the Employes that the case be withdrawn.
