Statement:

That the St. Louis-San Francisco Railway Company, (now a part of the Burlington Northern) violated the provisions of the controlling agreement when it unjustly removed Cayman Apprentice Barbara A. Green, St. Louis, Missouri, from service on September 12, 1980, and subsequently dismissed her from service following an investigation held on September 26, 1980, in violation of the controlling agreement.

That the former St. Louis-San Francisco Railway Company compensate B. Ao Green for all time lost from September 12, 1980 to April 10, 1981, when the Carrier returned her to service, plus six percent (6%) annual interest.

That B, A. Green be reimbursed for all losses sustained account of loss of coverage under health, welfare and life insurance during the time unjustly held out of service.

That the personal record of B. A. Green be cleared of all charges.

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
