Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company violated Rule 119 of the
controlling Agreement and Article VII of Agreement of December 5,
1975, when they abolished all wrecking crew jobs at Alexandria,
Louisiana January 6, 1981.
2. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to restore
all wrecking crew jobs at Alexandria, Louisiana and compensate Carmen
K. J. Daigrepont, T. P. Lemoine, M.J. Juneau, J. R. Wells, C. R. Eli
and J. B. Ladd for all compensation lost from wrecking service starting
January 6, 1981 and continuing until violation is corrected.

Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad
Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing
thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the Carrier
that the case be withdrawn.
