1. Under the current
controlling Agreement,
Mr. G. Ross, Laborer,
Chicago, Illinois, was unjustly dealt with when suspended for a
period of thirty (30) days (March 23, 1982 through April 21, 1982),
following hearing held on March 16, 1982.
2. That accordingly, Chicago and NorthWestern Transportation Company
be ordered to compensate Mr. Ross for all time lost at the pro rate
rate and the mark removed from his record.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in
ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
