Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That in violation of the current Agreement, Mr. J. Bly, laborer,
Marshalltown, Iowa, was denied the difference between Class 2
and Class 3 rates of pay as provided in the December 3, 1970
Agreement.
Statement:
That, accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to compensate Mr. Bly
the difference between Class 2 and Class 3 rates of pay per hour
worked since October 19, 1981 and continuing until settled.
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte force,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
