Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the action of the Consolidated Rail Corporation (ConRail) in the
dismissal of Electrician Jeffrey Stander from the service of the Carrier
was arbitrary, capricious, unjust and not in conformity with the
Controlling Agreement.
2. That accordingly, the Consolidated Rail Corporation (ConRail) be ordered
to restore Electrician Stander to service with all seniority unimpaired,
all lost wages while out of service, vacation rights, insurance benefits
and all other benefits that he is entitled to.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the
employes that the case be withdrawn.
