Parties to Dispute:
( Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company
Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Louisville & Nashville Railroad Company violated the current
agreement when on December 18, 19, 20 and 21, 1979 when they improperly
assigned vacation relief work on the overhead cranes at South Louisville
Shops, Kentucky.
Statement:
That accordingly, the Louisville & Nashville Railroad Company compensate
Crane Operators' P. M. Morris, R. L. Dunson, B. E. Hill and G. H. Goodale
eight (8) hours each at the overtime rate for the above said violation.
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
