Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Louisville & Nashville Railroad Company violated the current
agreement when they by Bulletin No. 18 dated October 29, 1979 improperly
advertised Job No. 104-2 at two (2) Classifications; Crane Operators .and
Electrician Helper which is a violation of the agreement that provides
for separate seniority rosters and job classifications.
2. That accordingly, the Louisville & Nashville Railroad Company abolish
Bulletin No. 18 dated October 29, 1979 and cease and desist from
arbitrary changes of the rules and conditions described above.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request froze the
employes that the case be withdrawn.
