Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Consolidated Rail Corporation (Conrail) violated the Classification
of Work Rule and Rule 5f-1-B of the Controlling Agreement when on
September 21, 1980 other than Electrical Workers were assigned to perform
electricians' work of removing jumper cables, set switches and load test
units 7434, 7435 and 7437.
2. That accordingly, the Consolidated Rail Corporation (Conrail), be
ordered to compensate Electrician Hal Calvert, three (3) hours at the
pro rata rate of pay for September 21, 1980.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
