1. That the Louisville & Nashville Railroad Company violated the current
agreement when on May 15, 1979 at the South Louisville, Kentucky Shops
Supervisor Danny Hargrave improperly assigned a Crane Operator to perform
Electrical Workers' work on traction motors Locomotive #1501 which is
work reserved to the Electrical Workers by agreement and which has been
historically performed by Electrical Workers from the Electrical Workers
seniority roster.
2. That accordingly, the Louisville & Nashville Railroad Company. compensate
Electrician L. W. Green for four (4) hours at the straight tie rate
because of said violation.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.'
