Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) violated Rule
13 of the Agreement and arbitrarily disregarded the concept of seniority
when assigning overtime to employes of the Electrical craft.
2. That the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak), be ordered
to compensate Electrician Ron Cassidy four and one half hours (42) of
pay at the pro rata time and one half, plus four ($4.00) dollars travel
pay for January 3, 1980.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was requested, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
