Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the National Railroad Passenger Corporation violated the current
Agreement when it assigned Machinist D. O'Shea to operate a transfer
table from release track to track A, at the Albany/Rensselaer Facility
on May 14, 1980.
2. Accordingly, the National Railroad Passenger Corporation should be
ordered to compensate Electrician M. Healy with four (4) hours pay at: the
applicable electricians' rate.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
