Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Consolidated Rail Corporation violated the current agreement,
especially Rule 2-A-4(b) when it failed to allow Electrician M. Hooley,
Avon Diesel Shop, an additional 1.5 hours' pay at the applicable
Electrician's rate due him under Rule 2-A-4(b) when Electrician Foreman
G. Plellas assigned him to engine (locomotive) 7383 which was located at
the shop load test box, to locate and repair possible trouble with the
M.U. capability of that engine, from 12:30 AM until 2:00 AM, third
trick, June 9, 1979.
2. That accordingly the Consolidated Rail Corporation should be ordered to
allow Electrician M. Hooley an additional 1.5 hours' pay at the C-Grade
straight time rate in order to make him whole.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
