Dispute: Claim of Employes:

1. That the National Railroad Passenger Corporation violated the current Agreement when it assigned Carman T. Bologna to operate transfer table between track 4 and release track at the Albany/Rensselaer Facility on May 1, 1980, in connection with removing and replacing, wheels on AM Fleet 21129.

2. That accordingly, the National Railroad Passenger Corporation should be ordered to compensate Electrician J. Brideau who was available but not called, with four (4) hours pay at the applicable electricians' rate.

Statement:

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
