Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the National Railroad Passenger Corporation violated the current
Agreement when it assigned Machinist R. Stone and D. O'Shea to operate
a transfer table at Albany-Rensselaer on April 30, 1980, in work of
removing a Power Truck from PC 163.
2. That accordingly, the National Railroad Passenger Corporation be ordered
to pay Electricians T. Ruby and K. Medina four (4) hours pay each at the
applicable straight-time electricians' rate.
Statement:.
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
