Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That under the current Agreement the National Railroad Passenger
Corporation improperly assigned Foreman Dan Lapolla to drive train 79
during washing, sanding, fueling, and servicing when there were Electricians
available to perform such work.
2. Accordingly, the National Railroad Passenger Corporation should be
ordered to pay eight (8) hours pay at the applicable electricians)
overtime rate to Electrician Edward R. Lupian.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
